Dravya – Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Dravya, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted using natural ingredients in small batches. We are committed to delivering the best experience while maintaining a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • If the cancellation request is approved within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible.

2. Refund Processing Fee

  • If a refund is requested after the order is processed but before shipment, a 10% processing and handling fee will be deducted.
  • The remaining 90% of the order value will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • This fee covers payment gateway charges, packaging, and operational costs.

3. Cancellation of Processed Orders

  • Once an order has been packed or processed, cancellation is generally not allowed.
  • In rare cases where cancellation is approved, a store credit (after applicable deductions) may be issued.
  • This store credit can be used for future purchases on the Dravya store.

4. Refusing Delivery

  • If you choose not to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, you may refuse the shipment.
  • Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, a store credit equivalent to the order value will be issued.
  • Refunds are not applicable for refused deliveries.

5. Reshipping of Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability, a ₹60 reshipping fee will be required to dispatch the order again.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share clear photos or videos for verification.
  • After review, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

7. Handmade & Natural Product Disclaimer

  • As Dravya products are handmade and natural, slight variations in colour, texture, fragrance, or consistency may occur.
  • These variations are natural and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

8. Final Policy Clause

By placing an order with Dravya, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
